Partnership management and facilitation
Femxa Group approached us to help them to increase the number of their reliable partners for EU funded projects. Through a combination of rigorous research, partners engagement, and strategic partnerships, we were able to help Femxa increase access to EU funding. The project has had a significant positive impact on the skills development of hundreds of people in Spain.
Fundraising Plan for the Aarhus Centres - OSCE
The OSCE engaged us to help them increase the fundraising impact of their Aarhus Centres Network. Using an innovative, capacity building approach, we conducted a workshop that helped Aarhus Centres understand the real-world outcomes of their work and the potential monetization of it. Based on our recommendations, they were able to make a strategic adjustment to their fundraising approach, resulting in even greater impact in the years since.
Impact Investment Europe
Purpose Venture Capital partnered with us to explore the potential of impact investing to drive social and environmental change. We worked closely with them to identify promising investment opportunities that aligned with their values, goals, and investment criteria. Together, we were able to make several successful impact investments that have generated significant social and financial returns.
